Greeley ranked 20th on job-creation list - Denver Business Journal:

The northern Colorado city rose to 20th inthe ’sz 2008 “Best Performing Cities Report,” issued from its 29th ranking in 2007. The reportt is based on an analysisof U.S. metropolitanh areas “to determine which cities are most successful at creatingf andsustaining jobs,” the Santa Monica, Calif-based Milkej Institute said in a statement. Greeley was the highest-ranked Coloradoi city on the list. Others includex Denver-Aurora at No. 44, Fort Collins-Loveland at No. 48, Boulder at No. 95 and Coloradl Springs at No. 111. Denver-Aurora was listed as one of thebiggesgt gainers, climbing to 44th place from 106tb in 2007. The report said several U.S.

On a separatre list of the best-performing small cities, Grand Junction ranked No. 5, followefd by Pueblo at No. 43. Texas, was in firsy place among small cities.
